With over 25 years of experience in Wealth Management spanning the Banking, Insurance, and Securities industries, Cangina specializes in Sales and Customer Experience, Client Prospecting and Client Relationship Management.
She has recruited, trained, and coached numerous Bankers and Financial Advisors, enabling them to meet and exceed their KPIs. Additionally, she has designed and implemented training roadmaps to transform sales teams and enhance customer experience.
Cangina has held various senior business leadership roles at international banks such as OCBC, ABN AMRO Private Bank, UOB, and Standard Chartered Bank, where she built Private Wealth Advisory teams for both onshore and offshore High Net Worth businesses.
